Archunique is the appointed Project Management Consultant for one of South India's most ambitious school campus developments — a 38-acre integrated ICSE school campus currently under development.
Our PMC mandate covers the full project lifecycle: from design coordination and consultant management, through contractor procurement, construction supervision, quality assurance, and programme control, to final commissioning and handover.
The campus is being designed to international ICSE standards, with facilities including academic blocks, science and technology labs, sports infrastructure, performing arts spaces, hostels, and administration facilities.
Archunique's role ensures that the client's vision is protected at every stage — that design intent is faithfully executed, costs are controlled, and the programme is delivered on schedule.
Archunique (Creative Engineering Consultant Abudhabi) is the appointed Lead Architect and Design Consultant for a landmark 98-acre mixed-use real estate development for the Jindal Group in Sector 38, Sonapet — one of the most significant private development projects the firm has undertaken in India.
The master plan encompasses residential neighbourhoods, commercial precincts, retail and hospitality zones, and a comprehensive landscape and public realm strategy. The scheme is designed for phased delivery, with each phase capable of functioning as a complete and self-sustaining environment.
The design complements the green spaces and master plan developed by Renowned Ar. Hafeez Contractor and reflects Jindal Group's premium brand positioning while remaining sensitive to the Sector 38 Sonapet climate and urban context.

Before establishing Archunique, our founding directors spent over 15 years at the heart of the UAE's construction boom — working with leading architectural consultancies including Art & Bintoak (Abu Dhabi) and NEB, on projects ranging from luxury villa communities to landmark commercial towers.
This international foundation is what sets Archunique apart in the Indian market. We have designed and delivered projects that would be considered benchmark work anywhere in the world — and we bring that standard, that rigour, and those relationships to every project we take on in India.
Selected UAE experience includes: high-rise residential towers, five-star hotel design, large-format shopping malls, mosque design, government civic buildings, and premium villa communities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Archunique is led by two co-founding directors with a combined 50+ years of architectural practice across the Middle East and India. They are supported by a team of senior architects, engineers, and project managers — each bringing specialist expertise to the firm's growing portfolio.
With over 25 years of experience as an Architect and Project Manager, Zakkir has held senior leadership positions at top-tier firms across the Middle East and India. A specialist in large-scale institutional and mixed-use development, he brings deep expertise in sustainable design, green building, and mega-project delivery. He is currently the lead PMC director on a 38-acre ICSE school campus and the principal architect for Jindal Group's 98-acre Delhi development.
Shaheer began his architectural career with the celebrated practice of Ar. Anupama Kundoo, developing a rigorous grounding in material research and humane, low-impact architecture. He subsequently spent 15 years across the UAE — designing projects from luxury villas to high-rise towers — before co-founding Archunique. His design philosophy is guided by Mies van der Rohe: "Less is More."
A senior structural engineering professional with over 25 years of experience. His expertise spans high-rise and steel structure design, structural review, curtain wall and façade engineering, value engineering, deep foundations, and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete structures.
Tariq began his career in India, building a strong foundation in design development, project coordination, and construction documentation. He subsequently spent over two decades across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and India, specialising in healthcare architecture and leading the design of hospitals, medical centres, and healthcare campuses.
Lakshman Raju has built extensive expertise in architectural design, planning, and academic leadership. With over a decade of experience as an educator, mentor, and institutional leader, he seamlessly integrates traditional Vastu principles with contemporary architectural solutions, creating spaces that are both functional and harmonious.
